Where the service setup has already been completed, a **30% deduction from the original payment** may apply, with the remaining 70% refunded, subject to the published Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

The deduction reflects costs associated with completed account setup, server resources, configuration, and service support.

Refund eligibility, exceptions, third-party costs, and processing procedures are governed by the Company's Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Customers should consult the actual published refund-policy page or request a copy from the Company before purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory refund or consumer right under applicable law.

10. Failed, Duplicate, and Incorrect Payments

If a transaction fails, is duplicated, or is transferred incorrectly, the customer should contact Dixilence and provide the relevant transaction reference.

Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be reviewed for reversal or refund as appropriate.

The time required to complete a reversal may depend on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers who believe a payment is incorrect should contact Dixilence with the relevant invoice and transaction details so that the issue can be investigated.

Dixilence may provide appropriate transaction records, invoices, service-activation records, and relevant communications to the payment provider when responding to a legitimate payment dispute.

Customers retain any applicable rights to raise disputes through their bank, payment provider, or competent legal forum.
