5. Software Development and Customization Payments
For custom software development, website development, mobile applications, integrations, and other project-based services:
1. A quotation or proposal will define the scope, deliverables, project price, and payment schedule.
2. An advance payment may be required before development or implementation begins.
3. Remaining payments may be linked to agreed milestones, demonstrations, testing, delivery, or deployment.
4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the final outstanding payment must be cleared before production deployment, release, handover, or transfer of deliverables.
5. Work outside the approved scope may require a separate quotation and additional payment.
6. Project timelines may be affected by delayed payments, missing customer information, delayed approvals, or third-party dependencies.
6. Advance and Milestone Payments
Where a project is divided into instalments, the payment amounts and due dates will be specified in the quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
For example, a project may require an initial advance followed by a second payment after completion of agreed setup or delivery milestones. The actual amounts and milestones will depend on the customer's approved proposal.
An advance payment reserves project resources and may cover initial planning, configuration, development, or other agreed work. Refund eligibility will be assessed under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
7. Payment Confirmation and Receipts
1. Customers should retain their payment receipt, transaction reference, UTR number, or other proof of payment.
2. Where requested, customers should share payment confirmation with the authorized Dixilence representative.
3. A payment will be treated as completed once it has been successfully received and verified.
4. If an amount is deducted but the order or service is not confirmed, customers should contact the Company with the transaction details.
5. Applicable invoices and receipts will be issued in accordance with the Company's invoicing procedures and applicable law.
8. Subscription Renewal
1. Subscription validity and renewal dates will be communicated to the customer.
2. Renewal charges will be based on the applicable renewal quotation or agreement.
3. Customers should confirm any renewal offer before its stated expiry.
4. Any change to the renewal price will apply as permitted by the existing agreement and applicable law.

1. Customers must pay invoices by the stated due date.
2. If a payment remains outstanding, Dixilence may issue a reminder and request settlement.
3. Where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, continued non-payment may result in suspension of access, delayed delivery, or withholding of deployment or handover.
4. Any late-payment interest or administrative charge must be expressly stated in the applicable agreement or invoice and comply with applicable law.
5. Service restoration may require payment of outstanding dues and completion of necessary verification.
11. Third-Party Services and Charges
